- Administer employee benefits, vacation, and retirement programs.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with HR records, file retention, and termination processes.
- Prepare HR reports and support seniority and wage progression administration.
About You
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Administration role.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
