Human Resources Executive ( UAE National )

To provide HR operational support to the Al Tayer BU to meet HR needs & objectives in an effective and efficient manner . You will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy aimed at fostering the development of UAE Nationals within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of recruitment, talent identification, and engagement to enhance Emiratisation initiatives.

• Act as a representative of the HR function within the BU, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management , specifically within the Emiratisation function.
