Responsibilities
- Screening & shortlisting – Reviewing resumes, conducting initial HR interviews
- Interview coordination – Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing interview feedback.
- Hiring manager coordination – Understanding manpower needs, job descriptions, timelines, and expectations.
