Human Resources Executive

Overview

Sharksfluence is a performance-driven influencer marketing agency scaling from 5 → 15+ team members (long-term vision: 50+). We already have a Junior HR Executive managing daily operations. We now need a senior HR professional to build the HR infrastructure from scratch, not manage admin tasks.

Part-time: 4-5 hours/day, 6 days/week

Hybrid – Karachi (1 day in office, 5 days work from home)

What You’ll Do

• Employee handbook (conduct, leave, disciplinary, exit policies)
• Structured onboarding system
• PIP framework & warning ladder
• Exit & clearance process
• Interview scorecards (weighted evaluation)
• Practical assessment rubrics
• Reference check framework
• Goal: founders make decisions based on structured data, not impressions.
• EOBI, SESSI, FBR Section 149
• Minimum wage & leave compliance
