Human Resources Executive

Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment , and ISO-related documentation , preferably within the medical or healthcare industry .

Location & Salary

Location: Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,000

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations).
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and complied with.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Payroll & Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, allowances, statutory deductions (EPF, SO...
