Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing and executing all HR-related functions at the project site, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and client requirements. This role covers the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, disciplinary management, and employee welfare. The HR Executive serves as the main liaison between the project site and the Head Office HR Department to ensure smooth daily operations and effective workforce management under JKR and facility management standards.
