PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
Overall in charge of Human Resources function of Philippines in developing and delivering the people strategy of SGS Philippines that supports the country and regional people agenda and organization’s future growth and development plans
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES
- Acts as the business partner to provide advice and support to business heads, functional heads and Managing Director on people issues to meet business objectives.
- Formulate and implement HR plan and programs that support organizational strategies and assist the business in achieving business goals.
- Review and develop local HR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the policies and practices are aligned with the business priorities and regional people strategy.
