Working closely with the Manager of Talent Development & Operational Performance, this role contributes to a positive employee experience by assisting in learning and development programs, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.

Some duties are:

• Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs for staff.
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Participate in onboarding activities and ensure new employees experience a seamless introduction to the firm.
