Linkage Web Solutions is looking for Human Resources Coordinator, your main responsibility will be overseeing the recruitment process to ensure all departments have the manpower needed to meet operational demands.

What We Seek

• Female, aged 30-45, residing near Angeles City.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, ideally in remote staffing or the BPO industry.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles across departments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using HR tools/software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly US-based, is highly preferred.
