Job Requirements:
- College/University Degree
- Minimum of 3 years work related experience as an HR Generalist is REQUIRED for this role
- Background in technology, shared services or sales organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good business acumen, ability to understand business situations and to quickly identify and respond to situations.
- Good understanding of the HR legal and compliance landscape
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Will be required to report to our Makati Office at least 3x a week
