The Opportunity

Human Resources Department seeks an incumbent for the position Human Resources Business Partner. He/she will be responsible for implementing the Business Partner related activities, including the strategic alignment of HR initiatives, workforce planning, and employee relations support, to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure full compliance with institutional policies, labor law, and the University’s Strategic objectives.

The Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with the specific objectives and operational requirements of business units to support overall institutional performance.
• Lead integrations of HR initiatives including talent management, change management and workforces planning to support goals of the business units.
