Human Resources Business Partner

**Job Description:**



The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units within Prague´s Global Business Centre. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. In addition, the HR Business Partner may take a leading role in responsibilities including but not limited to employee relations, works council relations (if required), training and development, compensation and benefits administration and talent acquisition.



**Accountabilities:**



+ Partners with senior leaders of the assigned departments to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, performance management and succession planning.
