Job Summary
The Senior Associate, HR Services – Training, Quality & Metrics (TQM) plays a critical role in elevating the performance, capability, and service excellence of the HR Services organization. This role leads more complex training, quality, and analytics initiatives; develops high-impact learning content; facilitates training for global audiences; ensures rigorous quality governance; and provides advanced insights that guide operational decision-making.
The Senior Associate partners closely with HR Services leaders, COEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, strengthen employee capability, and maintain a consistent, high-quality service experience for managers and employees.
