AHF is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support volunteer recruitment and management. This role focuses on onboarding, maintaining volunteer records, helping improve internal processes, and supporting a positive volunteer experience. You will work closely with leadership to ensure roles are filled, communication is consistent, and volunteer operations are organized.
Requirements
- Support volunteer recruitment by coordinating postings and responding to applicants
- Help with onboarding steps such as forms, role introductions, and basic training info
- Maintain organized volunteer records and track participation
- Support internal communication, such as updates, reminders, and scheduling support
- Help improve simple HR processes and templates as the organization grows
