About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Personnel Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations

Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records management and documentation filing

Coordinate internal communications and handle routine correspondence

Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
2. Employee Attendance Management
Maintain accurate employee attendance records in the HR system

Monitor daily attendance, including leave, tardiness, and absence tracking

Calculate overtime hours in accordance with company policy and local labor regulations

Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing and management review

Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
