Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment)

Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting with onboarding. This role involves posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR team to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process while also contributing to various HR-related tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or a similar HR function
• Experience in volume hiring is an advantage
• Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
• Available to start immediately.
