Job Description: Role Overview:

A VMS (Vendor Management System) Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and reporting of contingent workforce programs through the organization’s VMS platform. This role acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and program managers to ensure efficient and compliant use of the VMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the VMS platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
• Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics, spend, and supplier performance.
