About the role:
- Provide high-quality HR advice on performance, conduct, and employee relations
- Support leaders in managing health and wellbeing cases, return-to-work plans, and compliance
- Deliver coaching and education to build leader capability and confidence
- Facilitate HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and organisational change projects
- Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of HR processes
- This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
