About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, personal income tax declaration, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) for Mexico-based employees. Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax regulations, and respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate end-to-end HR administration for local employees, including on-boarding, off-boarding, probation management, contract renewals, and employee record maintenance. Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with local requirements.
- Provide general HR support for local office operations, including attendance, leave management, and basic employee relations issues. Assist headquarters in implementing localized HR policies and welfare programs (e.g., insurance, medical check-ups) in line with Mexican labor law.
