This is not a recruitment r ole. If your background is primarily in Talent Acquisition or Training, this isn't the right fit. This role is 100% post-h ire: labor relations, BIR processing, compliance, payroll, engagement.

Office locations = Clark Freezone, Pampanga and Cebu IT Park.

Luzon based hire = Temporary remote to Hybrid at our Clark office

Visayas based hire = Onsite at our Cebu office for 3 months to Hybrid

Mindanao based hire = Onsite at our Cebu office for 3 months to Hybrid

RELOCATION package is provided for qualified hire.
