Human Resource Officer

We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.

• Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in both hard and soft copies.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company regulations.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Support payroll preparation and other HR administrative tasks.
