About the Role
College Graduate in Any Field; Preferably of Human Resources related course
Minimum of 7-10 years' experience as HRBP with at least 5-7 years at Manager capacity
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics,
Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement and etc.)
Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Labor Laws
Working experience in BPO industry standards is required.
