Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions to ensure employees and management are provided with the appropriate systems, resources, and support to achieve organizational objectives. The role plays a strategic and operational function in workforce planning, compliance, payroll, employee relations, data management, and organizational culture.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, competencies, and role requirements
