Employee Recruitment & Selection
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for HQ, outlets, and departmental functions, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Manage and execute recruitment activities hands-on, including job postings, physical and online sourcing, screening, interviewing, and attending physical interviews.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.
