Position

Human Resource Business Partner – a fully post‑hire role focused on labor relations, BIR processing, compliance, payroll, and engagement.

Work Setup

Hybrid. Office locations: Cebu IT Park and Clark Freezone Port, Pampanga. Luzon based hire: temporary remote to hybrid at Clark Office. Visayas based hire: onsite at our Cebu office for 3 months to hybrid. Mindanao based hire: onsite at our Cebu office for 3 months to hybrid. Schedule: US Central Time (evening shift in PH time). Relocation package available.

Benefits
