About the Role

  1. Attendance & Vacancy Monitoring

  2. Track and update daily attendance records

  3. Recruitment & Onboarding

  4. Conduct job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.

  5. Prepare and manage employment contracts of site workers
  6. Verify biodata from Project In-Charge (PICs) to confirm site worker returnees.

  7. Employee Relations & Compliance

  8. Issue Notices to Explain (NTEs) for AEF and site workers with habitual absences.

  9. Prepare and serve Decision Notices for disciplinary actions.
  10. Submit a Manpower Assessment Report to management on the 15th and 30th of each month.
  11. Address employee concerns, complaints, and policy clarifications.

  12. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  13. Manage government-mandated benefits, including:

  14. SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, 13th Month Pay of site workers
