Role

We are looking to further develop our administrative office with a Human Resources Officer. For this position, you are responsible for recruitment, testing, organizational development, human resource analytics, and performance management.

Job Specification

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write job specifications and create job postings in company online job boards
• Conduct written cognitive and psychological testing to promising applicants.
• Review the handbook and add new and update old policies in accordance to the labor code of the Philippines
• Keep and organize the employee records. (Employee Database)
• Conduct a per quarter job performance for all employees in the company
• Conducting and monitoring trainings for employees.
