Being responsible for full life-cycle recruitment i.e., liaising with the line manager about job requirements, sourcing using a variety of search methods, application screening, performing an assessment, conducting an interview, candidate selection, and hiring process.Controlling and following up recruitment processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within the appropriate timeframe.Strategic sourcing partner and searching channels.Preparing recruitment and ad-hoc assigned reports.
