About the Role

1. Recruitment & Employment

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment (manpower request, posting, screening, interviews, job offers).
  • Prepare employment contracts in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee 201 files and employment records.

2. Labor Law Compliance (DOLE)

  • Ensure company compliance with DOLE regulations, including:

  • Labor Code of the Philippines

  • Minimum wage, working hours, overtime, holiday & leave pay
  • Statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Assist in preparing documents for DOLE inspections, audits, and reports.
  • Monitor compliance with company rules, code of conduct, and internal policies.

3. Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and complaints.
