About the Role

Position: HR Admin

Work location: Malate, Manila

Working hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6:30pm

Days off: Sunday off

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data encoding
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, messages)
  • Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and office records
  • Maintain and update databases, CRM, and company records
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external clients as needed
  • Do the payroll preparation, compensation, and benefits documentation
  • Support marketing activities including posting job ads and promotions
  • Manage social media pages and respond to basic inquiries

Job Requirements

  • College graduate or at least with relevant work experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
