About the Role
Position: HR Admin
Work location: Malate, Manila
Working hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6:30pm
Days off: Sunday off
Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data encoding
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, messages)
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and office records
- Maintain and update databases, CRM, and company records
- Coordinate with internal staff and external clients as needed
- Do the payroll preparation, compensation, and benefits documentation
- Support marketing activities including posting job ads and promotions
- Manage social media pages and respond to basic inquiries
Job Requirements
- College graduate or at least with relevant work experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
