Human Factors Engineer

• Work with teams across Intel to implement changes (both functional and non-functional requirements) that will positively impact developer experience both near and in longer-term strategies.
• Work in close collaboration with the UX/DX team to ensure maximum impact of research and activities.
• Iterate developer personas to ensure Intel meets developer value propositions and frameworks for evaluation
• 5+ years experience practicing UX research and human factors engineering
• Lead and manage vendor engagements that support various UX/DX deliverables, including research studies, interaction & visual design, and technical writing.
• Contribute to the development and utilization of advanced Developer Experience Assessment techniques and define common frameworks for repeatability and scalability. Qualifications
