Responsibilities:
Perform routine workplace inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
Assist in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Close HSE actions by following up on corrective and preventive measures until completion.
Execute actions derived from findings or risk assessments, ensuring timely mitigation.
Ensure compliance with the contractor management program, verifying that external personnel adhere to company HSE standards.
Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, PPE usage, and emergency preparedness plans.
Assist in internal, external and corporate audits, providing documentation, evidence, and support to demonstrate compliance.
