Job Purpose
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures at the project site to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits regularly
- Ensure proper implementation of PTW (Permit to Work), toolbox talks, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions
