About the Role

To develop, implement, and monitor effective health, safety, and environmental management systems ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The role focuses on risk management, accident prevention, and fostering a strong safety culture across the Project Sites. 
Key Responsibilities
Policy & System Development
Formulate and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001), and client requirements.
Risk Management & Compliance
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact analysis.
Ensure statutory compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report on HSE performance indicators (accidents, incidents, near misses, LTIs).
