Responsibilities
Lead the identification, planning, and management of high-risk construction activities across all project phases as HSE Lead.
Design, implement, and continuously improve the project’s HSE strategy, procedures, and risk control measures.
Act as a visible and proactive HSE Lead onsite, conducting audits, inspections, and safety walks.
Drive contractor performance by ensuring outstanding safety practices aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and enhance health and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Develop robust reporting structures to provide clear visibility of HSE performance and trends.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, supervisors, and workers to evaluate and strengthen site-level HSE planning.
