Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in HSE documentation
• Knowledgeable in HSE reports, permits, training records, incident reports, and compliance documents
• Familiar with ISO, DOLE, and project HSE requirements
• Proficient in MS Office and document control systems
• Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
