About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines for our projects in MENA & Europe
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
Provide HSE training and support to project teams and subcontractors
Investigate incidents and accidents and provide recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate records of all HSE activities and report on performance to management
Keep up-to-date with local HSE regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies on HSE matters
Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Monitor and track HSE performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
