Key Responsibilities
Develop and update the HSE program; coordinate and oversee its implementation across all departments and rig crews.Organize HSE audits and management reviews; supervise corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.Compile, analyze, and report HSE performance statistics.Collect and communicate safety alerts from the clientsPrepare and issue bilingual safety warnings (English and Chinese) based on incident and near-miss reports.Support environmental protection efforts as part of the QHSE system.Assist HR in processing medical reports and tracking injury-related information.<...
