About the Role
- Responsible to the Drilling Manager / Drilling Superintendent for all HSE matters.
- Development and co-ordination of all documentation required to obtain all necessary approvals from governmental agencies for all of drilling, completion and workover activities offshore Malaysia.
- Review /Development of Company’s SMS systems.
- Produce a Campaign HSE plan complying with Company’s SMS.
- Develop SIMOPs Documents for all Drilling activities.
- Develop HSE MS Bridging Documentation between and Drilling Contractors HSE Management Systems.
- Responsible for all internal and external HSE Reporting, and implementing reporting protocols as required.
- Carry out HSE impact assessments.
- Lead audits related to HSE during drilling campaigns.
- Co-ordinate and develop health, safety and environmental activities and identify HSE training needs in Company, 3rd Party and Contractors personnel.
