Workday Business Analyst

The Workday Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization and maintenance of the Workday system. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity and functional reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation : Deploy Workday modules, configure security roles and permissions, perform User Acceptance Tests, and coordinate results between developers and business users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build and maintain integrations with other systems (Finance, IT, Payroll and HRIS) and troubleshoot change requests.
• Support transition to new systems or processes, create user guides, process documentation and functional reference documents.
