On behalf of one of our key partners, RED has now a new opportunity for a SAP HRIS Integration Technical Lead to start ASAP on a 8+ months contract hybrid 3 days per week onsite in Amsterdam, speak English and Dutch.
* 8+ years in HR technology or enterprise system integration roles.
* Proven track record in SAP Success-Factors or similar HRIS implementations.
* Experience with global HR processes and multi-country payroll integration.
* Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (, Snowflake) and cloud-based architectures.
Key skills and attributes
* Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and integration technologies (APIs, middle-ware, ETL).
* Expertise in data architecture, security, and compliance.
