Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP roles (functional consultants, technical consultants, architects, project managers) and other key technology positions, covering junior to managerial levels. Provide comprehensive recruiting support to all HR Business Partners and company geographies, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service across an international hiring scope. Develop strong talent pipelines for SAP and technology roles through market mapping, proactive sourcing, talent community engagement, and relationship-building with passive candidates.
