An exciting opportunity for a newly created HR Team Lead role has emerged within a growing, national organisation supporting a diverse, services-based workforce. Reporting to the Head of HR, this position has been created off the back of significant business growth and will play a key role in building capability, driving projects, and supporting leaders across the business.
This is a well-rounded role offering a mix of leadership, advisory, and project-based work, suited to someone who enjoys variety and can operate across both strategy and operational excellence/execution.
