HR & TA Manager (Manufacturing)

Our Client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support their growing manufacturing operations. This role will focus primarily on Talent Acquisition , Talent & Development , and Compensation & Benefits . The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, developing organisational capability, and ensuring competitive and compliant people practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and operational roles within the manufacturing plant and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives and local talent pipelines.
• Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and campus hiring where applicable.
