About the Role

About the Role:  
The HR Systems Associate is a global role that will work with HR Systems team to provide functional support to our HR systems (workday). 
The ideal candidate will support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by managing and resolving Workday tickets, conducting testing for new features, and assisting with system implementations and enhancements. 
Responsibilities:  
Provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related BAU tickets and ensuring timely resolution. 
Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements. 
Document test cases, test results, and support procedures. 
Assist in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes. 
Must understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work. 
Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely.
