About the Role

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Specialist to join our Global HR Systems team. In this role, you will support system configurations, testing, and improvement activities within SAP SuccessFactors, as well as participate in global HR initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with basic configuration knowledge who wants to develop a career in HR technology and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Support configuration and testing of system enhancements and new functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors.
Participate in Half Year Release testing, analyze the impact of new features, and share findings with the global HR Systems team.
Assist in maintaining configuration-related documentation, such as Configuration Workbook updates or changing logs.
Support preparation of user guides for new or enhanced functionalities.
