Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Keeps track of recruitment metrics on fill-up rate, time to hire, cost per hire and other talent acquisition metrics.
- Posting of jobs in several online web platforms and finding alternative methods to advertise available jobs.
- Communicates with relevant department heads on job and personnel requirements.
- Preliminary interview of applicants and present recommendations and score sheets to department heads.
- Payroll / Compensation and Benefits
- Oversees the compensation and management initiatives to ensure that salaries and benefits are compliant with the prevailing labor law.
- Guides the section and tracks compliance on the payout schedules.
- Reviews implementation of statutory and company-initiated benefits.
