Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a HR Supervisor.What You'll DoManage Human Resources processes related to Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, and Employee Services, in order to maintain a healthy work environment while ensuring the alignment of these processes with corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and client expectations within the scope of the relevant areas.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise personnel administration processes by validating the application of incidents and weekly and biweekly payroll processes, and reviewing processes related to payroll preparation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SOX, organizational changes, severance payments, and terminations).
Manage and ensure the proper administration of additional benefits provided by the company (major medical insurance, life insurance, pension plan, savings fund, discount agreements, etc.).
