Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Participate in interviews, conduct reference checks, and maintain candidate databases.
- Manage job postings, recruitment costs, and improve hiring processes.
- Organize job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage Management Trainee programs.
Training & Development
- Organize onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate training needs with managers and deliver internal training programs.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Handle timekeeping, payroll, tax, insurance, and labor contracts.
Maintain accurate employee records and advise employees on HR policies.
