About the Role
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Salary: Php 25,000 – 30,000
